Investments towards this opportunity will cover many of the costs required for development and operation. Franchisees will gain exclusivity over a territory the lesser of a 3-mile radius around the store. Training: We have prepared a comprehensive training program to ensure the success of our franchisees. Our program consists of 18 hours of classroom instruction and 78 hours of on-the-job training, meant to fully prepare franchisees in every aspect of restaurant management, from customer service to food preparation.
