PrideStaff provides everything a franchisee needs to open and build a significant business. They assist with site selection (at least a 1,000-square-foot retail office location), space planning, lease review, computer system, phone system, printing and supplies, job descriptions, and interviewing internal employees. Additionally, PrideStaff provides non-revenue-generating back-office services, including credit, collection, invoicing, weekly temporary payroll, and temp associate PAYROLL FUNDING. This drastically reduces the financial investment required to meet an ever-increasing payroll as the business grows, allowing the franchisee to focus time on revenue-generating activities critical to the business's success.
